How do I connect to a Wi-Fi network? (1)

Step 1: 

Click the Wi-Fi  icon and select the Wireless Network Name (SSID) of the network you want to connect to. 

NOTE:  If the network security is enabled on the router, enter the password then click Join. 

QUICK TIP:  Check the Remember this network option if you want your Mac computer to remember the network and automatically connect to it once the computer is in range.

When you see this icon  at the upper-right corner of your toolbar, it means you are already connected to your network.
