My device is having troubles connecting to the network - how do I fix this?
Unfortunately, we do not officially support use of video game consoles, apple tv, roku or other similar video streaming/gaming devices on our Wi-Fi networks. This is normally due to complexities with making these systems compatible with our security settings.
However, we do have one change we can make to the network internally to try and aid access to the network with these devices. For help with this, please submit a support ticket.
